TODAY’S RECIPE IS Don’t Waste Leftover Bread, I Added Eggs With Leftover Bread, And The Result Is impressive!
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/3 cup
Water 1 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Immediately pour into a heatproof pan
Spread evenly
Let it cool down
Bread 4 pieces
4 eggs
Sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Milk 2 cup
Blend until smooth
Strain
Cover
Place a stand
Boiling water
Steam it for 25-35 mins
Let it cool down & then keep in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Its a caramel pudding with a twist. Adding the bread will make it more dense than the original recipe. I prefer the original.
