Today we are making Dr. Goldner’s hyper nourishing green smoothie. It is easy to make and very nutritious!

How we made a single serving of Dr Goldner’s Hyper Nourishing Green Smoothie Recipe
Stuff your blender with 75% greens
Then add your water to the top of the greens
In the remaining space add your fruit of choice
(we used ½ a banana, 1 cutie orange, and some blackberries)
Add a heaping spoonful of flaxseed or chia seeds for your omega 3s.

Dr. Goldner’s Hyper-Nourishing Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 1 pound (16 oz) of leafy greens
(baby spinach, kale, romaine, spring mix — your choice)
• ¼ cup of flaxseed or chia seeds (or a blend)
(start with less if you’re new to high omega-3 intake)
• 3 to 4 cups of water or unsweetened plant-based milk
(like almond milk, soy milk, or just water)
• For the other 25% of the container, add your fruit
(bananas, berries, mango, pineapple — fresh or frozen)
• Blend thoroughly and drink!
