  1. I am 43 and I found out to get back into biking , Doritos and mirage chocolate bars and monster energy is NOT the way to go . Took my 3rd shake and already feel the difference . Biking up hills and not walking bike, and legs are less sore after biking .

  2. Eat a nutritious breakfast over substituting a protein shake. Your body absorbs more nutrients through diet ( mechanical). Have protein shakes in between and right after working out / before bed. And don’t forget to up your water intake with increased protein intake to flush your kidneys!!! Also I’ve read adding Creatine maybe 5 grams/ 1 scoop to your shake the two compliment and work more efficiently taken together.

Utter bullshit,whey protein is a by product of the dairy industry,then a lot of crap is added,and advertised as “protein” you will get fat,do not waste your money,if you want protein,eat properly,40% of one egg converts to tissue,dont be fooled by this bullshit,it does NOT promote muscle growth!

  4. Protein shakes make me hungry. I add 1 cup of spinach, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of berries, 6 walnuts and 1 cup of milk along with a cup of water to each shake and I MUST have some food with it, a sandwich, bacon and eggs or something, or I go CRAZY!!! 😜 but then I’m feeling satisfied and usually it’s around 8 hours between meals after that.

  5. Just so you know, there are a few vegetarian/vegan protein shakes out there that have full compliments of amino acids so you’re not having to rely on meat to get these (disclaimer: I’m not vegan or vegetarian, just allergic to whey protein).

  6. You have to take very good protein power..isolate is better…it does increase triglycerides in the blood if you drink too manu with whole milk…I am 50 and I had to decrease to one per day with low fat milk!

  7. Been doing them for 2 months so I can lose weight. I'm now down 18.5 pounds so far. I have less hunger on the days I use it. It works well on a 1500 calorie diet to shed fat, and keep your muscle. My brand is core power elite vanilla. It tastes like ice cream and is only 230 calories with 42 grams of protein. I do recommend it for weight loss.

  8. I drink a protein shake for breakfast before I go to work, and it fills me up and I don’t have the cravings to eat everything in sight. So far I have lost 5 pounds and my goal is to drop another 50 pounds.

    One for breakfast and one in the evening after gym.

    Works great.

    My diet is also incredibly clean, lean, and consistent, with training 5 or 6 days per week.

    I don't eat takeout food, processed food or sugar.

    The results are immensy good!

  10. Frozen peas and blueberries a scoop of hemp protein with half dark chocolate and half hemp milk to thin out the way I like it. Build muscle by taking casein before bed. Keeps protein flowing slowly all night. Boom. 😊

  11. If you work out, especially as a bodybuilder, I would take these protein shakes an hour or two before you go to bed. Sorry buddy can digest everything and then while you rem sleep your body will use those proteins to rebuild. It’s muscles.

    However, if you don’t work out, I do recommend taking it in the morning as it says

    If a 2 people work out on the same day and do the same workout. Who would have/see more results/improvements on their body? The one that taking the protein or the one that not? Because I work out and don't take no protein shake or anything like that. Just wanted to know because if taking a protein shake give you more results and improvements then imma start taking protein shake
