Here’s how you can make this antioxidant-rich recipe:
1 small beet
1/3 of a cucumber
1 slice of watermelon (around 1/2- 3/4 cup)
8-10 cherries (with pits removed) OR strawberries
1 large handful of kale
1 1/2 cups hibiscus tea
1 small frozen banana

Hibiscus Tea Recipe
1 cup of dries hibiscus leaves
6-8 cups of water
Place the leaves in hot boiling water, then cover. Turn heat off the heat and allow the leaves to remain in the water for 2-4 hrs. Strain the water/tea and enjoy. May store in the refrigerator for about 10 days.
