  1. Why u lying about blood sugar and fruit . It’s literally natural sugars . If u just add plain fruit and a bit vegetables you’ll be alright. I don’t see cats making videos like this about McDonald’s but u gotta attack the healthy alternatives which make no sense

  2. My go to smoothie in the morning is 2 scoops of whey protein, 1 cup of combined blueberries and strawberries, 1 banana , 1 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. Sometimes I will put in a scoop of cashew peanut butter. This will keep me full till dinner time. My life has changed drinking a smoothie every morning. My body don’t feel right and I feel grouchy without one in the morning.

  3. This is my daily smoothie; strawberries, blueberries, red and blue raspberries, cherries, apple, pomegranate, banana, tbsp. flax seed, tbsp goji berries, tbsp of oatmeal. I occasionally add kale, pear, and/or yogurt.

  4. I'm just saying I use quinoa hemp hearts and fruit every day and have a pretty physical job. Quinoa has really high protein and its easy to make blends really well and doesn't have much taste has every single amino acid protein. And the sugar from the fruit gives me instant energy in the morning so just don't over do it as long as you are doing physical stuff I wouldn't say its that bad for you.

    2 scoops Green Juice (Organifi)
    1 tablespoon ground turmeric(organic)
    1 tablespoon organic ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoons organic almond butter
    1 tablespoon pure Hawaiian organic spirulina
    1/2 cup organic spearmint, myself
    1/2 cup organic arugula, myself
    3 stems and leaves organic rainbow swiss chard, myself
    2 apple bananas grown myself
    1/2 cup organic mango, grown myself
    1/4 cup organic blueberries
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder (Ka'chava Superfood)
    Never been to doctor in 10 years.
    Feel great! No prescription drugs. No high blood pressure, no high cholesterol, normal blood glucose levels. No stress. No boss. No debt.

  6. just FYi, all fruits contain fructose which is not processed through your pancrease at all. fructose gets processed and dissolved through the beginning of your gastrointestinal tract and does not affect insulin. vegtables however contain glucose, so too much of certain vegetables high in sugar can affect your insulin levels.

  7. Dude… Your negatives are way off. I make smoothies everyday using Stevia. Of course, brands like Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie uses Turbinado. Which is natural but bad and does increase the calories. My immune system has gotten way better, and my digestive system has improved. Also Spinach is horrible for bloating. Since I've gotten away from that death veg, my system is cleaner.

  8. After eating struggle meals like noodles, junk food(cakes,cookies,etc) I decided to not order door dash today. Instead I Instacart me some fruits, oats, yogurt ,and juice etc best decision EVER.😊 I never felt this amaze before wanting to try something different that's a healthier option.

  10. I’ll make smoothies in the morning with nothing but a banana, kale, spinach, pineapple, ice and water. They taste bad but the goal isn’t for taste it’s for the nutrients. When they say smoothies can be bad that’s because people put ice cream and milk and juice

  11. I make my own smoothie. 1 cup of kale. 1 cup of mixed berries. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. A small piece of 100% cocoa chocolate. 1.5 cups of water. For the kale, I really pack and compress the measuring cup to ensure I get enough kale. I even add a little more. I've been taking it for 7 years, and people always ten me I look 10 years younger than I look. Try it!

  12. 1/2 cup of oats and 12 oz blueberries dab of cinnamon 1 scoop of protein powder 32 grams and just add spring water mabey a banana.3 times a day you will be fine.after starting this diet i was pooping 2 foot healthy stools and was able to run 10 miles in 1 hr
