Oh i was searching for this recipe after i tasted it in a Dhaba, a drier version though. This is awesome but I have a question. What is the white powder which was added before the coriander powder and coriander leaves? Thanks!
They aren’t kidding when they say moringa( drumstick ) is good for your liver. I have liver inflammation that causes bile to back up. I made his recipe. Between the turmeric and the drumstick, it cleaned out my liver. I’ll definitely make this again too as it was delicious. I did add a bit of garam masala at the end. So delicious.
I love watching the food being prepared and the smiles on the children's faces at the end when they are eating and enjoying themselves. 💜
