Dubai Chocolate Pot dessert 🍫
Ingredients :
1 pack – Daily Vermicelli
12g – White sesame seeds
100g – Pistachios
2 tbsp – Powdered sugar
2 tbsp – Cooking oil (for blending and mixing)
100g – White chocolate
½ tsp – Cardamom powder
As needed – Milk compound chocolate (for mold and sealing)
5 to 8 – Chocolate biscuits (crushed, for topping)
1 sprig – Fresh mint leaves (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Roast & Blend Nuts:
Roast pistachios and sesame seeds. Blend them together with sugar and oil into a smooth pistachio paste.
2. Flavor the Paste:
Melt 100g white chocolate. Mix in the paste, ½ tsp cardamom powder, and combine well.
3. Prepare Vermicelli Base:
Mix the roasted vermicelli into the pistachio paste. Let it soak for 20 minutes to absorb flavor.
4. Make the Chocolate Pot:
Melt milk compound chocolate and pour it into a use-and-throw cup. Swirl and freeze to form a pot shape.
5. Fill the Pot:
Add the pistachio-vermicelli mixture into the chocolate pot. Seal the top with more melted milk chocolate and freeze again.
6. Add Topping:
Crush chocolate biscuits and place on top like soil. Insert fresh mint to resemble a real plant.
