  1. I made this, but I was disappointed, because I did six hours on low and everything got too soft. The rice, chicken and some vegetables. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The taste was good though. Next time I will try 3 hours on high and see what happens.

  4. This looks really tasty, I have a couple chicken breasts in the fridge right now and I may just make this in the next day or two. I think I already have all of the ingredients.
    I always get some NO sodium chicken broth and I found that Campbell's makes no sodium Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom soups, so I keep them on hand. Then like you say, you add some good kosher salt to give it just enough flavor enhancement. Doesn't usually take much. Sometimes they can be hard to find, but there are good no sodium and low sodium products out there. And when I do use salt, it's good kosher salt. It just has a better flavor and a little goes a long way; far better than regular table salt. One night in the hospital for my BP being 240/120 and on a stroke watch woke me up to cut back on the salt get my meds adjusted and take care of things. My BP is now under control and actually trending a little low, which is just fine. I learned how to change my diet without losing flavor. It can be done, folks. I think AB might know this too. ✌☮

  5. You are my type of cook! I love it you are so clean and you washed your chicken breast. You hardly ever see anyone wash their chicken before they cook it on a griddle or a pan or a crock pot. I always wash my chicken before cooking it. Your kitchen just shines! That chicken and rice looks so good! Well done sir and l'm following you because l love the way you cook!
