Ingredients:
For the sponge
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup castor sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

For the soaking liquid
2 cups milk
1 cup condensed milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Grease & line a 7 inch silicon mould & keep it aside.
2. Add milk & vinegar to a bowl & mix well, keep it aside for 5 minutes.
3. Add the caster sugar & oil to the milk mixture & mix well.
4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & baking soda to the bowl & mix well till the batter is smooth & there are no lumps
5. Add the batter to the lined silicon mould & bake in the microwave on regular heating mode for 6 minutes
6. Remove from the microwave after 6 minutes & let the cake cool slightly before demoulding
7. Place the cake on a dish & poke holes all over the cake.
8. For the soaking liquid, combine the milk, condensed milk & cocoa powder & mix well. Pour the soaking liquid on the warm cake evenly for better absorption.
9. Garnish the cake with whipped cream & dust it with cocoa powder
10. Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour before cutting into slices & serving.
