EASIEST Instant Pot Chicken Breast Recipe | 2 Minutes to Perfect Juicy Chicken
#Instantpot #instantpotchicken #chickenbreastrecipe
Ok you’ve heard me mention it a million times. But if you’re new here, or if you haven’t caught my most famous staple ingredient, I give you…. Instant Pot Chicken!
This way of cooking chicken literally takes 2 minutes of prepping before the @instantpotofficial takes care of the rest!
1️⃣ Drop your chicken breast into the pot.
2️⃣ Salt the chicken liberally on both sides
3️⃣ Cover the bottom of the pot with vinegar (I use rice wine vinegar). This keeps the chicken fresh for days—unlike when you bake chicken breast and it gets a little… dry and icky after the first day. 🤢
4️⃣ Massage the salt and vinegar into the chicken.
5️⃣ Lock the Instant Pot, then hit the meat setting (it’ll go for about 35 minutes).
6️⃣ When cooking finishes, quick release, and you are DONE!
I HIGHLY recommend adding this recipe to your arsenal if you are on a weight loss journal or just trying to stay lean. It’s fast, easy, and totally customizable to your mood with food if you add your favorite carbs, veggies, sauces, or dressings to it!
Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Vinegar?? 😮
Okay,
I saw this today, I had just defrosted 3 good sized chicken breasts, and I was trying to find something different to do with them. Here lately it has seemed like my Chicken breasts are turning out dry. It really irritates me, I’ve been cooking since I was 10, so for 50 years!!! I’m a pretty dang good cook. I have really bad knees, so standing for long periods of C time don’t work for me now. So I’m trying to use my Instant Pot more. I’ve never cooked chicken breasts in it, I came across your video, and it intrigues me so much, I had to try it. The 35?minute cook time freaked me out, but doing a quick release makes a big difference too. I used salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder rubbed all over them. I put them on my trivet. Then I dissolved better than bullion roasted chicken in a half cup of HOT water, I poured it in my Instant Pot, then I just took white Vinegar and poured all over my chicken. I didn’t see that you had Rice Wine vinegar in yours. Anyway I put it in the meat setting. I will do the quick release. And I will definitely let you know how it turns out. I had to sneak the vinegar in, if my picky hubby saw it, he would have himself talked out of it being good before it was ever done. lol men!!
Have you ever tried this with pork chops or country ribs?? I think apple cider vinegar mixed in a little apple juice would be a good pork combo.
Also, do you slice or shred the chicken??
so what kind of vinegar? I want to try this. I have vinegar and like vinegarettes Which?
Must you use "rice" vinegar only like you are using?
Oh the vinegar. That's nice. Thank you
