يجب غسل الدجاجة جيدا بالملح و الحامض حتى تتخلص من رائحتها القوية و بعد ذلك دعها تستقطر و من الافضل وضعها في المجمد و لو لليلة واحدة على الاقل ثم بعد ذلك تضع صلصة غنية بالاعشاب المنسمة و الثوابل و عصير الحامض و تدهن بها الدجاجة جيدا من الداخل و الخارج و تترك الدجاجة في تلك الصلصة ليلة كاملة و بعد ذلك يمكنك ان تطهوها بالشكل الذي تحب و سيكون مذاقها روعة

I would but the butter in between the skin and the meat that way it goes into the chicken not at the bottom of the air fryer, and seasoning on all sides of chicken even inside. Give that chicken some flavor
