  1. I have been following another recipe that requires the needle pinching the skin and resting the pork in the fridge for hours. This will cut down a LOT of work and I can do everything in one go.Gotta try this next time.

  3. I'm for real no good cook, but I tried this with our airfryer. My gf couldn't believe that I made that myself. Thank you for that great recipe, you gave me courage to learn more "advanced" dishes than pasta.

  4. I made this recipe for my partner and he loved it!!! Use whatever seasoning you have, it’s okay if you’re missing some of Chef’s. Next time I will make sure it dries more to make the skin even crispier. One of my favorite and easiest recipes. Thank you Chef!

  5. Finally – an air fryer recipe for pork belly that actually WORKS. Super crisp crackling, soft, flavourful, juicy meat…! Been looking for 2 yearsI I followed the recipe and process to a T. I checked after 25 mins at 400 degrees and mine was ready to come out. Bizarre – by far the least amount of prep/work (no pricking skin, no scoring the fat, no salting/drying time in the fridge), but by far the best result. This is now my go-to recipe! Thank you, Chef!

  6. Air frying is garbage. Not much better than cooking in a microwave. Don't airfry, learn to cook instead. This guy must be getting paid a lot to promote that airfryer, because no real chef uses such trash.

  7. I just used this recipe after three very satisfying times. This time I followed the recipe but used white wine vinegar instead of plain. In the drying process, the fat cooked way too fast and was almost burned on the edges. After 30 mins on 400, I had to stop it because the fat top was burning. Was it the vinegar or maybe the pork itself?

  8. We love our new "air" fryer. I have made perfect Salmon, chicken, and meatballs. It is extra handy for cooking up the side dish MyBest.Kitchen veggies, like zucchini and broccoli! We did try "French fries" and we need to work on them some more. My friend also figured out how to "boil" eggs in the air fryer, and they come out great! Everyone should have one!
