[Ingredients] (3-4serves)
-Pork belly 800-850g (3-4cm / 1.2-1.6inch thick)
-Your favourite spice mix 1/2tbsp (5g)
-Salt 1/4tsp (1g)
-Black pepper
-Olive oil
-White vinegar
-Salt (for skin) 80-100g

👉Tips
-The more holes you poke on the skin, the more fat release during cooking.
-If the pork was too thick, it will ended up with bit tough texture.
So use the one which is 3-4cm thick

Is it too salty?
In Norway we make this every Christmas
The tin foil tray ended up full of grease, cooking rather than frying the bottom. Had to put it on a grill to finish the meat, but the crust turned out nice. Although I made a mess with all that salt. Mine didnt come off that easily and really decided to stick to the crust… Any ideas?
I've made this twice now and it doesn't disappoint. Tip for noobs like myself it's easy to cut skin down.

Bavarian/Franconian Style is to First make Cuts into the slap and then stew the slap at 80 degree celcius in salted water in a oven first. So you lay the meat with the slap Side into the salted water. The water should Cover the layer of slap only.
Then you bake the meat at the usual Temperature in the oven.
