We should never mix milk with citrus fruits as its not good for health this combination can cause stomach problems, vomiting, acid reflux, chest congestion, etc. ( kiwi is also a citrus fruit )

Tried this. It would have been nice except the seeds in the Kiwi fruit left a horrible bitter taste in my mouth for ages after & I wasted a banana so I will pass on this smoothie. Still at least I know I've tried it. 🦢 Lady
