Easy and Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe
This homemade pumpkin loaf is so easy to make and best of all, stays moist until itβs all gone! Feel free to add in nuts to it as well or even put a glaze on top. Double the recipe if you want two loaves π

πINGREDIENTS:
βΎοΈ1 cup self-rising flour
βΎοΈ1/2 tsp baking powder
βΎοΈ1/2 tsp cinnamon
βΎοΈ1/4 tsp nutmeg
βΎοΈ1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
βΎοΈ1 cups granulated sugar
βΎοΈ1/2 cup vegetable oil
βΎοΈ2 eggs, room temp
βΎοΈ1/2 a 15 oz can pumpkin puree (about 7-8 ounces)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
