Ingredients:
500g, Pork Shoulder
100g, Onion
1 bulb, Garlic
2 stems, Scallions
2 tsp, Brown Sugar
2 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp, Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce
Black Peppers, to taste.
Method:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and add the oil to the pan.
2. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
3. Add the onion and fry until soft, about 15 seconds.
4. Add the minced pork and fry until light brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Season with brown sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
6. Stir fry to combine well and then sprinkle the black peppers.
7. Continue to stir fry until dries, about a few seconds and then sprinkle the scallions, done!
