I made this last night for dinner and it came out really good thank you for the recipe
what a lovely video, your voice is so nice! can't wait to try this today
So nice and easy. Thank you
I have been baking bread for nearly 30 years, making rolls, rye, sour dough, ciabatta, Italian, bagels… I swear this recipe is absolutely amazing, esp for how easy the process and simple ingredients. It is extremely light, airy and so satisfyingly chewy your jaw will hurt in the best possible way. So many of the 'no knead' recipes produce a very heavy, dense bread more akin to an English muffin – Not this. Only modification I make is a bit more salt. Thank you so much Bincy for sharing your time, and wonderful personality with us.
Just made this last night and it was soooo good! I know you didn't specify the yeast but i used active and it worked fine. My husband is already begging me to make it again π

Thank you Bincy for the clear and simple instructions. Just made this today and it is really a perfect open crumb light and easy bread. Highly recommend to try it.
I halved the yeast and let it proof overnight. It helps to develop greater flavour and it bloomed to more than 2.5 times the original size after 10 hours in 23 degree Celsius room temp. Will probably try reducing the instant yeast to 1/4tsp next to go for a 12 hours fermentation to try.
This is much easier than using sourdough starter as it really depends on the starters' mood that day. lol.
Hi Binay Chris, should I use baguette flour or normal bread flour. Thank you
Just love what you do. Thank you…
