Alright, I have been experimenting with some BBQ sauces lately…so far this one takes 1st place. It's pretty mild with subtle heat which means the kids will gobble this up. I did use brown sugar and instead white, and instead of oil I used some smoked butter I already prepared. Instead of 1 TBLS of chili powder I used 1/2 TBLS chili powder and 1/2 TBLS of Lawry's Chili and Garlic. Lastly I used dijon mustard instead of regular. This recipe is a winner! Nice job!
This looks really good. I hadn't thought of using yellow mustard. I'm going to be sure to give it a try this weekend. Thanks, Brother!
Trying to cut down on sugar, has anyone made this sauce using honey instead of sugar?

How long does the cider vinegar allow it to last in the fridge?
Child pepper 😂
Autocorrect gets everyone 👀
I really liked your recipe, however my daughter LOVED it!! I didn't have molasses so I used Honey & brown sugar instead along with green onions. I also used one small lime. I will be using your recipe from now on, it's much better than store bought. Thank God I came across your recipe and Thank you for sharing.
What type of mustard did you use, yellow burger mustard or hot English yellow mustard?
You lost me when liquid smoke went in. Why add it if your actually gonna smoke the meat? Good luck finding a sauce that doesn't already smell like smoke
Did anyone see where it said "Child Powder"-
Do have to use mustard
Child powder????
Looks great. Where can I find child powder?
I tried it…the whole family loved the sauce…you got me feeling like a big time chef now!

Great Recipe , are you using Colgin All Natural Mesquite Liquid Smoke ? I can't take spicy so I might have to omit the chili powder . Will that change the taste drastic ?? How long will the BBQ Sauce last in the fridge once made and cooled ?
You forgot the salt.
Will definitely plan on making this sauce soon…should go excellent with your latest smoked spare rib recipe. Can see it pairing up nicely with a lot of recipes! Looks great!
I can’t wait to try this it looks delicious
Pwede po ba to pang sauce ng binibintang bbq?
Hi boss i looking on all store to get the liquid smoke cant find it bro what can i put to replace that and the molasses can i replce it by honey help bro lol
Thanks for sharing😋❤
Great sauce. 4 mods from me: (1) use a nob of butter instead of the oil – makes the sauce shinier (2) add juice of 1/2 a lemon – extra tang (3) brown sugar, not white and (4) don't bother blending – just cut the onions up small. In the UK, can't find liquid smoke either, so I omitted.
my wife made this twice and we really like the taste.1st place for my family
looks awesome!….minus the liquid smoke though. 🤢👍
