Today I am going to show you how to make bbq chopped beef brisket in the slow cooker. You can also freezer prep the meat for dinner. This is such a versatile recipe and a great way to make dinner easy.

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs (1.36 kg) beef brisket flat (or chuck roast)
1 package beef onion soup mix
1/4 packed cup dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
3/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
4.5 qt slow cooker

  1. I can tell you the measurements aren't accurate when she said table spoons. That looks like a 1)2 Cup of brown sugar not tablespoons, 1/4 Cup of Chilli powder, Wow the Smoked Paprika looks like a 1/4 Cup, absolutely not a A Tablespoon…Garlic powder I can't tell I'm guessing a 1/3 Cup, Salt Free Lemon pepper, I package of Beefy Onion Mix, or substitute 2 Tablespoons of Beef Bullion Powder, or a whole onion & dried mixed onion. Mix dry ingredients, 1 Tablespoon of Worcester sauce, 1 Tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 Cup of ketchup, 3/4 Cup of bbq sauce & cover. Crock pot High 6-7, hours.On low 11-12 Hours. Flip one hour if firm. Rest 15 or more. Chop in slices & into pieces then put back into liquid. Best to do this rather than description. Not explaining myself I know the difference of Tablespoons & cups & she misspoken. But I'm curious about trying it. She has a pretty face my opinion.
