1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

1 lb chicken breast

Fabulous recipe! We made low calorie chipotle aioli to serve with fajitas using nonfat-greek yogurt, lemon, garlic, and tahini, tasted incredible! I put up a video on our channel if anyone needs the recipe.

Your fajitas look delicious. I just have a question, you didn’t add any seasoning to the veggies? Do they get the flavor from the beef and chicken and that’s enough?
My goodness so there’s a restaurant in Victoria Tx that my husband and I drive out to when he does service on his customers vehicle. It’s called Vera Cruz and they have the BEST I’ve ever tasted SPICY fajitas! I’ve always wondered what they use, I wish I could have you try them so you could guess a recipe! They’re so good every couple months we drive 3 hours from Bryan just to have them 🤭🐖🤫

Skirt steaks require lots of painstaking cleaning before cooking. I get amazing results with flank steak. Sous vide overnight @132º then slice and sear…result is so tender it chews like burger.
