  1. What do you mean "condescension will give it more liquid " ?!?! Everyone knows that when water is heated in a confined area, it evaporates to steam, then re condenses on the upper insides of the container. That doesn't magically produce additional water. Leave a half drinken bottle of water with the cap on in the sun and see what happens. The amount of water doesn't increase, it just redistributes. Also, she used almost two tablespoons of starch and didn't leave it to sit long enough for the starch to thicken. That's why it was so loose. Not criticizing, just sayin. Looks really good though 😊

  2. Try using a 1/4 cup flour (instead of corn starch ) to coat the meat before you put it in the Crock-Pot then the rest as usual. Also try adding a little beef gravy at the last hour of cooking. Very Yummy.

  3. I made this today but what I did was coat my meat in cornstarch then I put everything in the crock pot with mild taco seasoning, at the last hour mark I got the cornstarch ready but I tempered it with some stew liquids and it made mine thicken up nicely in that last hour of cooking. I made from scratch biscuits, it was delicious! ❤😊
