  1. 🍰 Ingredients:

    Biscoff 250g (25 pieces of Biscoff)
    Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
    Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
    Milk 120ml (½ cup)
    Vinegar ½ tablespoon
    Melted Butter 75g (⅓ cup)

    Chocolate ganache:
    Milk Chocolate 150g
    Heavy Cream 80ml (⅓ cup)

    About 5-6 more Biscoff pieces (for the topping)

    Measuring cup size – 240ml
    Baking pan 20×20 cm (8×8 inch)

    Method:

    Grind the Biscoff into a fine powder/ Flour
    Add to a bowl
    Then add the Baking powder, Baking Soda, Milk,
    Vinegar and the Melted Butter into the same bowl
    Mix well

    Pour into the baking pan

    Now bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for 25-30 minutes

    Making the ganache:
    Microwave the Chocolate and the Heavy cream for about 1 minute
    Mix well

    Pour the ganache over the warm cake
    Add a generous layer of powdered Biscoff over it
    Let it chill for about 15-20 minutes
