Today I made your blueberry cobbler Delicious. I had some blueberries that was not sweet, but it was perfect for the cobbler.
Web site recipe calls out an 8 x 8 pan, yet in your video its clearly not an 8 x 8 pan. It appears to be 8 x 13
I baking mine right now. Another 10 mins to go. I poured the rest of the little bit of batter on the top. I hope that it comes out good!
P.S.;
Why do you use the scale, when combining the dry ingredients? Great, easy to follow video! Thank you!
I made this and its really not like the blueberry cobbler I know. Its more like pancakes with blueberrys was still good tho
Made this recipe last night and it was delicious. Easy to make, lots of blueberries, moist cake just what I was looking for and it's a saver.
THANK YOU FOR MORE GOOD VIDEOS GOD IS GOOD
I just did this dessert with my wife on a complete whim. Had dinner planned… didn't have dessert though. Oh, dang. There's some mixed berries in the freezer.
This might work.
Took them out. Placed them in cold water. They were vacuum sealed. Handed my wife the recipe.
Did some dishes. Made our dinner. My wife whipped together things. I thought I might have to chop the berries a bit?
But they came apart nicely.
Followed everything to the letter.
From frozen berries to a wonderful berry cobbler after our dinner in under an hour. Unreal. Served a la mode and I had seconds.
Awesome.
Recipe calls for an 8×8 pan, your video looks like 9×12 ???
“The kids and Brian and I” told me everything I need to know. I’m not watching a single second more. 👎🏾
I saved this recipe, thank you it was delicious! I made it with blueberries first, tonight I made it with blackberries. I live in Washington State and a trail down my street is lined with fresh blackberries. I just wash them really well, make sure all of the stems are removed. I used about 5 cups of blackberries, I didn’t have lemon though this time unfortunately. So I added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the milk before mixing it into the flour mixture. It was still so delicious, we eat it with some vanilla bean ice cream. Both times my family absolutely devoured it. 😂
Excellent John, thank you!
Yummy 😊
We’ve picked a load of blackberries, can this recipe be used with blackberries in the same weights?
My parents planted six blueberry bushes and and got PLENTY of fresh blueberries; this cobbler recipe looks amazing and I can't wait to make it for mom and dad on Sunday for dessert 💙
Looks delicious! and easy to make. Thank you!
You are a gifted Dessert Chef!!
How big of a pan?
I have made this recipe four times in past few weeks. My mother loves it, both blueberry and strawberry (fresh). Quick, easy and delicious recipe.
Second year in a row cooking this recipe. Everything is easy with proper measurements and weights. I go hiking and pick blueberries right after independence day every year.
It’s amazing how many ways to make a cobbler, but I agree yours comes together like a cornbread. I do mine with the fruit cooked in the skillet stovetop, then top with spoonfuls of dough and pop it in the over to let the dough cook.
Its like a clafoutis.
I have baked this yesterday. I make a lot of recipes from the channel and they usually turn out great. Not this time. It turned out to be super sweet. I followed the recipe to the tee – except for putting less (15g) sugar into the blueberries, which were not sweet, and yet, it turned out to be way too sweet. I would try making this again, but I would recommend adding half the sugar, no more
Looks pretty easy. I will keep this in my list to do
Without eggs?
No eggs? Please let me know i'm going to make it tonight.
I forgot to add sugar to the batter part 😢. It's already in the oven. So I pray it works out
Kind of like a Yorkshire pudding .
Sorry not a cobbler. Cobbles are separate pieces of the dough to look like the rocks on a cobbled street.
What an easy way to make a great cobbler! I will double this recipe for our church fellowships. 😊
