BASIC SMOOTHIE
•1 ¼ cup blueberries, preferably frozen
•1 medium ripe banana or use 1 cup frozen banana slices
•Half of a medium orange, peeled and quartered
•3/4 cup to 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
•1 teaspoon hemp seeds
•1 teaspoon flax seeds
•1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
