My bread machine and I don't see eye to eye more often than not but I always use it to make pizza dough. Your bread looks so perfect. The few times I've let mine make a loaf it turns out so stiff

This is a cake not a bread!
It looks good. As a tip you should let it rest more after kneading so it can develop more gas inside and gives you even a softer texture. Baking powder or a little bit of bicarbonate also helps to create holes inside the crust and it makes it softer and fluffier.
