    4 garlic cloves – crushed and chopped
    2 green onions – chopped
    Soy sauce – 2tbsp
    Sugar – 2tbsp
    Water – 3 tbsp
    Sesame oil – 1tbsp
    Black pepper – 1/2 TSP
    Sesame seeds -1tbsp – pinch with finger

    Fillet mignon – freeze to slice easier for 1 1/2 hours

    Combine and marinade for 30 min

  4. tenderloin eh? no wonder you didnt use the pear. if you want to use a tougher cut of meat then tenderloin use the korean pear. quick and easy this is but expensive. this is martha stuart bulgogi.

  5. I had this in Pyeongteak-si-Paengseong-eup it was really good. We had EEL one night for dinner at another restaurant in Anjung-eup I was surprised at the flavors. Korean foods have become one of my favorite foods. Experiencing them in the traditional culture I think has made all the difference. I highly recommend a trip to South Korea amazing place and the people have been so friendly to us considering we knew little about how to enjoy the food.

  6. Maangchi I Need you’ll help in finding the recipe for traditional stew with beef. It’s kinda sweet but tasty with sesame seeds. I found it once where I live in CA. ITS called Jimbap or Gimpap not certain but it was famous in the Philippines a long time ago.
