Easy but… Best pudding🍮… #bread #pudding #asmr
Ingredients:
For Caramel:
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp water
For Pudding Mix:
2 pavs (cut into pieces)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar

Step 1: Make Caramel
Heat 2 tbsp sugar in a small pan with 1 tsp water.
Let it melt and turn golden brown (don’t stir much).
Immediately pour into the bottom of a greased steel bowl or tin.
Swirl quickly to coat the base and sides before it sets.

Step 2: Prepare Pudding Batter
Blend pav pieces + milk + sugar + 2 eggs + vanilla essence + pinch of salt until smooth.
Pour this mix over the set caramel in the bowl.

Step 3: Steam It
Cover the bowl with foil or lid.
Steam in a kadai or steamer for 25–30 minutes on low flame.
Make sure to place a ring/stand at the bottom.
Check with a toothpick or knife — it should come out clean.

Step 4: Cool & Flip
Let it cool completely.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Run a knife around the edges and flip onto a plate — the caramel will flow beautifully on top!

Tips:
Want it extra creamy? Add 1 tbsp milk powder or extra malai.
Want a richer taste? Use half-and-half milk + cream instead of plain milk.
