2-3lbs Grass-fed Chuck Steak Cubed
1 Green or Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Onion Sliced
1 Onion Diced
2 tsp Spanish Olive
¼ cup Cilantro
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 ½ tbsp Tomato Paste
5 Garlic Cloves
½ Green Pepper Diced
½ tbs Sazón con Achiote
½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
¼ tsp Cumin
1 Lime
1 tbsp Dominican Orégano
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

  2. Just Made this recipe and WOW it was delicious!! I added some extra ingredients of my own but still an amazing dish and honestly I never felt comfortable using my pressure cooker but after today I’ve fully converted to the of the pressure cooker lol
