Great TECHNIQUE THANK YOU SIR?
Thanks!
Good for baking white sugar! But, not good for our organs, Instead use organic brown sugar from coconut. Take out the box of pastry dough at least 30 min from the refrigerator. After the apple 🍏 mix is semi tender and done, remove a piece of pastry dough to roll out. First, I use 3 fresh green apples 🍏 peeled & chopped in large pieces or red 🍎apples can be used too. Add 2 tbsp of fresh lemon 🍋 juice in a plastic bowl 🥣 to mix 🍏🍎apple pieces together add 1/4 cup chopped package walnuts 🌰 add 1/2 tsp organic Ceylon cinnamon & 1 or 2 shake of nutmeg spice & 1 tsp of vanilla & 1 pinch of sea salt add 2/3 cup of brown coconut sugar, if not sweet enough add a bit more coconut sugar, taste for sweetness than add 1/8 tsp of corn starch than stir all ingredients together.
( The corn starch is to slightly thicken any water 💦 released by 🍏🍎 apples and frozen berries. Turn on-stove to med heat same, if using a portable stove, place a large pot or skillet adding two Tbsp of unsalted butter, cook and stir apples until apples mix are almost tender then add frozen raspberries to warm up for One minute to release water and slightly stir all the apple 🍏 🍎 mixture – turning off stove.
Let cool a little abit then add to one puff pastry rolled out the pastry dough on a buttered parchment paper 📝 📑 to avoid sticking. Place the parchment paper on an upside down baking metal pan then roll out the dough then add apple mix – all along one side – into two inch in the pastry dough to roll up the whole apple mixture leaving room to pinch together each end piece of the dough pastry and keep rolling pastry dough or home made pastry dough until 1/2 inch of pastry is left than brush or spoon on one egg mix together with abit of milk Or use an already egg mixture in a carton to glue the last part of pastry to the rolled up pastry dough. Then pinch each end piece and once done than spread egg mixture all over the rolled up pastry dough but, do not do bottom part of dough. It can get a little messy> have a paper towel to wipe off any wetness from your hand while pinching together each end side. Then
On the top before adding egg mixture, make two small slits with kitchen scissors cutting in two places to let steam release while baking in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes and it's nice and golden brown. Then once cooled- it can be sliced
I get most of my items from Amazon since, I don't drive anymore. Have fun baking for the holidays!! 😊

I made these cheese danish and they are delicious. The glaze makes them even better 😋
Sweetheart a question for you: Can I use pie crust dough instead of puff padtry.
So excited to try this awesome recipe soon. Thank you.😃😊
I will make these but use lemon curd instead.
What kind of range is that?
Me gustan sus recetas pero habla hasta por los codos 😅

I love watching your videos. You make it look so easy and you’re always entertaining. I made the chicken pot pie and it was amazing I’ll be trying these soon.
Do you have a gluten free version?
I made this today and added cherry pie filling. It is the most delicious thing you'll ever eat. Easy to make too. Thanks!
I've been a dane the last 63 years and have never seen that in Denmark 😂😂😂😂
i made this with readymade puff pastry and it was perfect yayyy
Okay 🎉 gonna try this… 😅 for my husband who loves his sweets. He’s a nutritionist that married a woman that loves to bake 😂😂
I am Danish, this is not a Danish pastry, I am outraged at this American way to make a “danish”
How about adding some jam?
Don't use silicone it's very toxic.. You're better off using parchment paper.
I have made these and I used orange marmalade instead of lemon, and powdered sugar instead of sugar. OMG. Absolutely delicious! I'm getting ready to make more this Sunday morning so just watching video against to refresh my memory. Hubby loved them!
for the people here who are interested in an authentic danish heres a recipe for authentic filling.
2dl whole milk
2 eggyolks
40g of sugar
20g of cornstarch
1 tsp of vanilasugar or if youre fancy a bellow of vanila
disolve the cornstarch in a cup with a bit of the milk
mix the other ingridients in a pot over medium high heat untill boil with continuesly stirring.
after the boil take off heat, mix in the cornstarch mixture. and keep stirring until it starts thickening this can take a few mins.

Thank you!💐
“Vanilla, Lemon, Cream Cheese….. Ahhh!!”
😆👍
I'm making these for Super Bowl LVIII tomorrow!
I used your puff pastry recipe for this and totally missed the fact that I should use European butter. Oddly enough, my puff pastry turned out great and the cheese danishes look exactly like yours! They were absolutely delicious
My favorite glaze for any/all pastry is an equal weight of melted butter and sweetened condensed milk. When I was working at the Paris Resort in Las Vegas, the Executive Pastry Chef once told me "dont waste your time trying to perfect a pastry glaze….do this, instead…it is the secret difference between home baking and 'bake shop' pastries.
I truly love all your recipes 💕 so easy to follow them.
Thank you and looking forward to follow more of your recipes in 2024. Happy New Year friends!! 🙏🏼 🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🥂🥂
Hello, in your link for homemade puff pastry you show a picture of the ingredients needed but I do not see the exact proportions needed in your step by step instructions 🤷 help !!
Thanks in advance 👍
Love it! Thanks
Just made these a while ago (my mamas request) and they are the BEST homemade danishes I have ever made, my mama loves them!!! 😋
I watched your video and then I printed off the recipe. The printed recipe calls for 6 ounces of cream cheese, however the video shows 8 ounces. If using store bought pastry you are to cut each sheet into 8 4-inch squares, however the video indicates you cut each sheet into 4 squares and they looked bigger than 4-inches. Which is it?
oh man I love good cheese danishes, and they are so hard to find. always poor quality, not enough cheese, or too sugary. I am so eager to try this recipe! Thank you!
