This delicious and easiest cherry clafoutis is perfect for summer dinner party dessert! It’s simplest French dessert I ever made.

6-inch (15cm) Cherry Clafoutis (French Cherry Pie)

Ingredients

200g fresh cherries
2 eggs
2Tbsp (30 g) sugar
3/4cup (180ml) whole milk
1/3cup (45g) all-purpose flour
a little bit of butter
a pinch of powdered sugar

Optional:
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

(350F/180C) Bake 40-45minutes

Notes:

* I like to serve this cherry clafoutis warm as a dessert for the best taste.
* Since fresh cherries are naturally sweet, I reduced amount of sugar in this recipe. If you like a sweeter flavor, you may add more sugar along with other ingredients.
