Easy Chicken Dinners: Rotisserie BBQ Chicken Pizza Bake

4 Meals from 1 Rotisserie Chicken — Meal 2: BBQ Chicken Pizza

I used one chicken breast from the same rotisserie chicken to make this easy deep-dish BBQ chicken pizza. Makes 2–3 servings.

What I did:

• Shredded one chicken breast and mixed with BBQ sauce
• Pressed canned pizza dough into a small oiled baking dish (for deep dish style)
• Tip: Par-bake the crust first for crispier edges
• Top with the BBQ chicken, pizza blend cheese (mozzarella + cheddar), and thinly sliced red onion
• Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly

Why it works:

✅ One chicken breast stretches into multiple servings
✅ Canned dough keeps it easy and cheap
✅ Customizable toppings based on what you have

What’s your go-to pizza topping combo?
Still have another breast, wings, and bones to go — follow along for the next meal ✌️

  1. Um, yum! My 13 yo’s fave meal is bbq chicken pizza. Will be showing him this.

Side note: what about the wings? I know the legs and thighs went to chicken gravy and you said you still have a breast and bones but don’t you have wings?

  2. If you can do videos of others stores, later on you should do a video on making stuff from "loss leader" items. Like these Chickens are loss leader items that get people into the store, so they buy other stuff.

Lots of items out there, that if you just snag them you can save a ton with. 😊

  3. If you put the bbq sauce on top before you bake it, the sauce will thicken up in the oven, you can also add more sauce under the cheese if you want it super saucy, and definitely parbake the dough (I work at a pizza place, we also use Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce) Looks so good!!!
