1 tsp garlic ginger paste
(200 g) boneless chicken
Fry 2-3 minutes and add spices
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red Chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cumin powder
1-2 pinch orange food colour
Mix
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Mix
Cover it and cook for 5-6 minutes
After 6 minutes uncovered
Mix
1 onion chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 tbsp black olives
1/4 cup red chilli sauce
Mix and off the flame and add cheese
2-3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
2-3 tbsp cheddar cheese
Just mixing
Bread slices assemble in grill pan
