I found this channel only because I remembered on your other channel on how to make chicken nuggets. I am making as I watch. Can't wait to try them. I switched it up a bit and added left over bacon grease and used an additional lb of chicken. I also do not have msg. I'm sure they will be awesome. I also made my homemade BBQ sauce.
A few mods and I ended up making first a great spicy nugget but then I ended up making an even better gluten free one. Took out the pork, I feel like it messes up the flavor, also removed the sugar, it is just not necessary and I am prediabetic, then I added 1 teaspoon of Cayenne and a 1/2 teaspoon of habanero powder. I used tapioca flour, egg and kikkoman panko which is basically rice. for oil it was a mix of peanut and veg and probably other oils as I reuse through a filter often.
For anyone who is saying "McDonalds costs less and is less effort" we have now receded (Dec 2025) the the point in time where that is no longer correct. This recipe is now officially less expensive than a 10 piece of McDonalds nuggets according to the prices in Baltimore, MD. You have the following entities to blame for this : "president of the USA" Donald Trump , prime minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, AND CAPITALISM to blame for this.

Considering the fact that that there are people who dont eat red meats, cant eat pork due to religious or even allergic reasons, I feel like its pretty yikes to call these "chicken" nuggets, when these are indeed chicken-pork nuggies :p Imagine being allergic to pork, being served "chicken" nuggets, and you end up getting a reaction from it or smth
btw i will not use a food processor… what i have is a stand mixer. do you know what happens if you put meat in the stand mixer? it gets processed for 0.5 seconds,a fter that the entire content of the meat is disperes everywhere but where the blades are.
and in the end just scape 50% off and the rest goes into the sink…
today i'll try mincing it by hand and pray for the best :/ wish me good luck. and sorry
