  1. Josh! Buy some iqf boneless skinless breasts and thaw them in a super simple brine (I literally use saltwater). Actually really easy to work with, and gives you quite a window temperature wise to have moist chicken

    Don't get me wrong, I've got 95% of ingredients in my pantry, but calling it "easy" (or "easiest" in the blog post title) and having at least 10 ingredients that are typically not found in a pantry of someone who wants easy recipe is insane xD
