Great simple recipe, thanks for making the video. Some people turn their nose up at the idea of eating canned salmon but not me. I grew up in the Southern United States and sometimes we couldn't afford canned salmon so we ate canned mackerel and I enjoy both but my wife prefers salmon. My grandmother made fried salmon patties with onion and American cornmeal. One Sunday morning my wife wanted salmon patties for breakfast. I was out of the usual ingredients I used which included canola oil and garlic herb seasoning and Martha White cornmeal. Instead I used Mexican cornmeal and leftover sour yellow thai curry paste and fried them in coconut oil. A totally different taste but very delicious.
