Your both hands will burn 5 minutes later😅 after you rub the chili
Why so much cornflour?? I ended up throwing away most of it unused, now I need a new box.
If Yan can cook, so can you!
This dish originated from Calgary Canada….. don’t let the Brits fool you as it was there creation…..

Tried it today. Good recipe!❤
2:12 Facts. Never rubber my eyes, but handled diced scotch bonnets and went to the bathroom for a pee, washing after and not before. 10 minutes later, I was in an ice cold shower washing my nether-regions that were lit aflame in a most excruciating, “bear spray on the nads” type of experience.
Haiya seeds are flavorr
Mmmm enjoy
I have made this lots of times in the past and I am in the process of cooking it again. I usually also add mushrooms. It’s certainly one of our family’s favourites.
Your recipe IS the best….made it several times and one again tomorrow for brunch. Thanks.
Boom 💥
How does one decant oil from a wok, I’ve never seen that here.
I need that cleaver in my life
Yum yum
I didn't hear your crispy beef crunch when you bit one. Is it really crispy?😁
I had Chinese crispy beef with sweet chili a few days ago at a Chinese restaurant, but it was my first time trying crispy beef so i really can't say that their version is tastier than others. I have to try out this one as well as it seems. Thanks for the inspiration, well done 🙂
Never, I say never ever visit the men's room after having chopped some chillies.
Fun fact, theres actually no heat inside the seeds of a chilli pepper. Removing the seeds to reduce the heat is a complete myth! The majority of capsaicin is produced in the placenta or pith of the pepper that the seeds attach to. If you want to reduce heat from a pepper, remove the placenta (the white areas inside) and only use the flesh!
