  1. You totally do not HAVE to keep the fat or skin on. That pork roast had a good marbling of fat and wasn’t too lean anyways so you still had fat for moisture and flavor. If you felt it was dry then keep more fat on next time, but it is up to personal preference and not a must do. 💛

  2. Great video man! I see some people giving you hate in the comments about cutting off the skin and fat; and you replying positively and learning from them. Much respect for you being a great human. As a fellow amateur home cook, I definitely don’t always do dishes right either, so good on you for learning as you go. Keep it up!
