Agree with other commentors. Why do these cooks put everything in one bowl together? Especially, the eggs. I was taught by my mother and later on in home economics classes that you beat your eggs separately! That way you can see they are well beaten before adding orher ingredients. Every time i see this it drives me crazy. Stop! No harm meant to Justine or Kristin, etc. She has some great ideas & recipes. Please, just do it the right way.
