You weren’t lying this is the easiest egg salad I’ve seen can’t wait to try it. Couldn’t find salt so I used Cajun seasoning couldn’t find pickle juice so I used relish best freaking egg salad eevveerrrrrr😩😍

I did it with cayenne pepper instead of paprika but still delicious!

I haven’t made this but this looks perfect to me. I think I’d love it. I think egg salad should be really simple. It doesn’t need onions, peppers, or even celery. This is all it needs and I can’t imagine it took more than 25 minutes total to make this and that includes bringing the water all the way up to a boil, actually boiling the eggs, peeling the eggs and finally preparing the salad.
