𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲: make mousse according to pack instructions. I find it easier to pipe mousse evenly into cups. Top with whipped cream. Allow to set. Decorate with your fave piece of chocolate & and dust of cocoa powder. Alternatively top with fresh raspberries.
𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮: dissolve 3 tbsp cornflour in 2/3 cup of milk. Pour into a saucepan with an additional 2 cups milk. Add 3 tbsp white sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat and whisking for approximately 10 – 15 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and add 1 tbsp each of orange blossom and rose water.
Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate to set. I added fresh mango to this batch with a drizzle of passionfruit & crushed pistachios.
