• ¾ cup (200 ml) whole milk, room temperature
• 6 tbsp (80 g) unsalted butter, softened
• ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp (80 g) sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 0.7 oz (20 g) fresh yeast or 1 tbsp (10 g) dry yeast
• 2 tbsp orange blossom water (optional)
