🍔👩🍳 What’s YOUR go-to ground beef recipe?
I want to try something new this week — share your favorite below!
(Best ideas get a heart ❤)
This is such a nice video with calming background and I thoroughly understand all the steps. Beautiful!
My favourite ground beef recipe is; 2/3rds beef, 1/3 ground pork, (not sausage) and instant chicken noodle soup packets. I use 1 kilo beef, 500 grams pork, and 8-12 sachets (or to taste. The more you use the less other stuff you need) of instant chicken cup of soup noodles. You can use an egg, garlic, onion powder, and pako crumbs too, but I reckon you don’t ned to. I turn it into meatballs, hamburgers, and/or a mini meat loaf. Freezes very well. I spread them on cookie sheets in the freezer and once they’re frozen so they don’t stick put them in a large ziplock freezer bag, and you can take out what you need for a meal. I do the same with any snitzel, or chicken strips ect ect. I only use pako crumbs nowadays three ways. 1. Right out the bag. 2. A few pulses in a food processor if you want finer crumbs. 3. After food processing the pako. I take out what I want to be plain pako. Usually I have to add more and process that. After it’s to the crumb size you want add some REAL finally shredded Parmesan cheese and give a few quick pulses. #3 is amazing on chicken snitzel, and stores a long time in the fridge.
I’ve put cheese in the middle of a meatloaf, and I’ve mixed shredded cheese in a meatloaf, but I’ve never added cold cuts. That’s brilliant!! I reckon you hit another home run! Love your channel. It’s like real cooking. If you do requests…… Think you can do dumplings? My dad used to make the best dumplings. I can make them but never completely correct. Great dumplings and burn the stew, or great stew and crappy dumplings. 🤷🏼♂️🙏🏻
Nice..i like it👍✌️
