* Bell peppers – 4 pcs
* Ground beef – 500 g
* Onion – 1 pc (120 g)
* Carrot – 1 pc (120 g)
* Garlic – 3 cloves
* Celery stalks – 2-3 pcs (50 g)
* Hard cheese – 100 g
* Tomato paste – 2 tbsp (30 g)
* Sour cream – 3 tbsp (50 g)
* Oil – 1 tbsp
* Butter – 10 g
* Salt, pepper – to taste
