Recipe:
1 lbs Hatch chiles chopped
2 jalapenos chopped
10 cloves garlic chopped
3 onions chopped
5 lbs pork roast cubed
1 lbs tomatillos crushed
Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
Juice of 3 limes

With a little cooking oil fry up the garlic and pork. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer on low for 3-4 hours slightly covered.

Note: Crock pot. Cook everything at the high setting for 4-6hrs.
