ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tsp corn flour
300 g beef slices
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
-20 g ginger, shredded
-5 scallions, cut into thin oblique sections of the scallion stalks, green scallion cut lengthwise
-3 red chilies, cut into thin slices
process
-prepare a container, add soy sauce, cornstarch water, Add beef slices, mix evenly until the sauce is absorbed, add oil, mix well again and rest for 10-15 minutes
-prepare a frying pan and add oil on it, add beef and cook until it turns pale brown, add ginger, scallion stalks and chili, Stir fry evenly and cook until fragrant,
-add soy sauce, Stir-fry evenly until the soy sauce aroma comes out and is mixed evenly, add water, sugar, add a little salt to taste, mix evenly
-add green scallion, mix evenly and cook briefly, Turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate and it’s ready to serve
