EASY HEALTHY CHICKEN WINGS | THE GOLDEN BALANCE



Healthy Chicken Wings 🤧

For every pound of chicken wings:

1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt free lemon pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp baking powder

Finish with a splash of lime juice and cilantro 🥵

Air fry at 400 for 20 mins or so

You can also bake on a sheet tray at 415 for around 30 minutes or until 170 internal and golden brown!
