-I make these for my family so each recipe is “smoothie” for five people. Divide them by 2 and you’ll have enough 2 servings.
-The Breakfast Smoothie-
PRODUCE
2 cups spinach
2 cups strawberries
2 cups orange slices
DAIRY (your choice)
greek yogurt (1 cup)
coconut milk (1 cup)
almond milk
LIQUIDS
orange juice
RAW HONEY (OPTIONAL)
-Strawberry Banana Smoothie-
PRODUCE
2 cups of strawberries
2 bananas
1 mango (sliced )
1 orange ( sliced )
DAIRY (your choice)
greek yogurt (1 cup)
coconut milk (1 cup)
almond milk
RAW HONEY (OPTIONAL)
