This is brilliant and works really well perfect for a 400g flour loaf, I just baked my sourdough loaf in it, you need to add some time to your usual timing recomends 220C as max temp, I usually bake at 240C so had to add 10 minutes, also no flour on the outside of the dough from the baneton,
