Simply take a large pitcher add sugar and a handful of fresh washed mint then with a large spoon vigorously stir the dry ingredients together allowing the sugar to break down the mint enough to release the oils then add 1 bottle of white rum and stir until sugar is dissolved..grab a glass add ice and a sprig of mint and pour rum sugar mint through a fine mesh strainer over the ice serve while shaking maracas and doing the cha cha or salsa if you prefer…
