Vinegar is used in fruit fly traps. I would definitely cover the vinegar if you have ever had fruit flies in your house. I usually have a problem with them in late summer when the garden harvest is abundant.

However, when I bookmarked the page, it was saved as the Irish Corned Beef page. When I glanced at the tab I had open from your link, it said Irish Corned Beef, not Irish Soda Bread.
